The rules of Rock Paper Scissors are very simple. Players count to three, then make one of three gestures: rock, paper, or scissors. The outcome is decided based on the following hierarchy:
Rock beats scissors by crushing them.
Scissors beat paper by cutting the paper in two.
Paper beats rock by covering the rock.
